Mentoring practise during practicum: The perspectives of Malaysian pre-service English language teachers

This study investigates the issues in mentoring practise based on pre-service English language teachers’ perspectives about their experience. involved 56 teachers who had completed practicum. The used a quantitative data collection method whereby questionnaire survey was distributed to research participants. from then analysed by using SPSS generate descriptive statistics for item analysis. findings were discussed five factors which are personal attributes, system requirements, pedagogical knowledge, modelling, and feedback. show that modelling knowledge received among lowest mean scores indicating moderate satisfactory level of experience teachers. also shows considerable quality terms knowledge.
